The visionary world of Nicholas Beckett
London has not failed to disappoint once again.
I’m putting the finishing touches to a long overdue project that I’ve been working on. It’s the story of Elizabeth JMW’s grandmother in World War II which is about making friends across enemy lines, essentially about how ordinary people get caught up in other peoples battles.
Elizabeth is about to release a new YA book. Find out about it and more on her web page HERE
Yet another in my new series “It pays to work with me.”
Happy Birthday Silvana.
This was for Caroline. Good luck in the new job.
Next month, on the 24th of May, I will be having a stall at the Other Worlds Zine Fair to be held in Glebe Town Hall.
I’ll update more when I have time, but for more information they have a Facebook Page if you interested HERE.
I’m hoping to have a few more zines ready for the event.
Some recent cards for colleagues.
Songs from the Spleen. Get it here
I’m making a little trip down the the nations capital for the Canberra Zine Emporium on Sunday the 23rd at Gorman House. Not sure where that is, but if you’re in the area, come and pester me.
There is also something the day before at the Museum of Democracy where they’ll be launching the Zine Lounge. I’ll have a bunch of zines you can play with and I think there will be zine making workshop.
Lastly my friend Elizabeth JMW sent me a review of “The Maze” a story of hers I illustrated. Nice things were said. You will be able to pick p a copy off me in Canberra should you wish.
